Project Profile: GameChangers Awards

We were thrilled to partner again with our client for The 2024 GameChangers Awards, hosted by Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group, celebrating innovation in the Tri-Valley region. The 2024 ceremony was held at Goal Line Studios in Pleasanton.

The client wanted to use Goal Line Studios' high-resolution curved video wall as a decorative backdrop while still showing 16:9 PowerPoint presentations. The unique video wall is designed for film production, but makes an amazing canvas for corporate events. We designed custom layouts that incorporated the event's branding and sponsors.

With our strong working relationship with Goal Line Studios, we’ve provided AV services in their facility multiple times. For this event, we planned the AV setup to meet the client's vision perfectly. Our team created custom graphics that transformed the video wall into a stunning visual canvas, seamlessly integrating branding and sponsor logos.

On the event day, we managed all AV operations, including sound and lighting. The graphics on the video wall were vibrant and engaging, smoothly transitioning between visuals and presentations. Our lighting and sound setup further enhanced the event atmosphere.

The event was a huge success. The client loved our innovative use of the video wall, and attendees were impressed by the visual and audio quality.
