Revi Innovation Night 2024

We provided comprehensive audiovisual services for Revi's 2nd Annual Innovation Night, a black-tie event celebrating tech innovation with 400-500 high-profile attendees including investors, venture capitalists, and industry executives from food service, retail, and tech industries.

The venue presented significant technical challenges with its construction of glass and polished stone creating a highly reflective audio environment. Traditional audio systems would have suffered from echo and background noise issues that could ruin presentations and panel discussions.

We deployed line array speaker systems specifically configured to overcome the venue's acoustical challenges. Our team used high-end DPA microphones that effectively isolated presenters' voices from echo and background noise, ensuring crystal-clear audio delivery throughout the space for all 400-500 attendees.

The centerpiece of our setup was a large LED wall on stage that provided sharp, vibrant visuals matching the event's sophisticated atmosphere. The LED wall's sleek design complemented the venue's glass and stone architecture while delivering exceptional image quality for the founder keynote, live panel discussions, and brand activations.

Our team managed all technical operations including sound engineering, video playback, PowerPoint display, and live panel support. We interfaced directly with Revi's team throughout the event, ensuring seamless transitions between programming elements and maintaining professional execution for this high-stakes corporate gathering.
