We’re all in on SKOs—and we proved it with this major corporate sales kickoff in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 500 attendees.

The client needed an immersive, high-energy environment to motivate their sales team. We delivered with an expansive LED wall covering the entire stage back and sides, plus two additional projection screens flanking the room. Our video control system managed all screens together or independently, while the high-resolution LED wall provided a branded backdrop perfect for event videos and photography.

Our lighting design transformed the venue with motorized heads flown from ceiling trusses, delivering both static stage lighting and dynamic color and motion effects. We replaced venue lighting entirely with custom wash lighting that reinforced the event’s energy and branding throughout the room.

For audio, we deployed a line array system with flown delay speakers and subwoofers, paired with high-end DPA microphones for crystal-clear sound from every seat. Our crew handled complete production—stage design, equipment setup and operation, and on-site show coordination—ensuring flawless execution for this critical annual gathering.
